My client is a market leader in its a field. Operating exclusively across retail B2C markets within the health space.

Job Description The role, Head of Marketing (Digital Marketing Manager), will lead a team of four, delivering marketing strategy across almost entirely digital channels. The role will encompass:

  • Own and deliver the Marketing strategy to build on existing channels for lead generation and develop new opportunities
  • Closely manage the website and all PPC campaigns and SEO activity to maximise lead volume and conversions
  • Manage all marketing strategies and campaign messaging across direct marketing, social media, paid advertising, PR etc
  • Assure consistent communication of the brand image, brand values and strategic market position internally and externally
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Manage and support the marketing team

The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills/expertise:
  • Experience in leading teams and developing and delivering digital strategy
  • Demonstrable ability in lead generation through multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills, particularly in using Google Analytics / Adwords platforms
  • Experience in budget management
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Excellent written communication skills. Experience in proofing and approving copy for web or print materials
  • Confident in using social media channels, particularly facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
