My client, a successful integrated creative marketing agency is looking for a Digital Insight and Media Manager to join their team.

You’ll have a broad digital background covering Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Paid Media (PPC, Display, and Programmatic), Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and Insight (particularly Goggle Analytics).

Each team member is a specialist in one particular area, so you will need to have in-depth experience and knowledge of one of the specialisms below to be considered:

Analytical Insight:

  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics (ideally with individual Google Analytics qualification). Knowledge of other analytics packages is an additional advantage.
  • Ability to analyse data from multiple sources, collating dating and understanding key insights/trends to prepare strategic and tactical recommendations to clients ad other teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Tag Management Solutions (particularly Google Tag Manager) and how the interact with Google Analytics in particular.
  • Undertake market and competitor research and analysis to support recommendations (use of research tools such as Mintel and Experian Hitwise).

Search Engine Optimisation and Content:

  • Good knowledge of organic search engine optimisation techniques and concepts (Technical, on-site and off-site, content strategies and link audits).
  • Ability to work directly with clients to enhance their online organic visibility.
  • Ability to identify and specify areas of content production/enhancement.
  • Understand Conversion Rate Optimisation to provide advice on Landing Pages etc.

Paid Media and CRO:

  • Good knowledge of Paid Media techniques and implementation (particularly Google AdWords and Google Display Network)
  • Fully conversant with social advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook etc).
  • Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation and use of CRO tools.
  • Ability to understand and document customer acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to produce and implement recommendations for improving plans.
  • Results driven approach to digital marketing.
